Abstract
Pattern hair loss is common in both men and women, but most of the current research is focusing on male androgenetic alopecia. The reasons that females lose hair as they age are complex, and may be a result of many factors. In this talk, we discuss some types of age-related hair loss in females, and the current clinical dilemma we face when it comes to management of these patients.
