Location of Poster Boards

All poster boards are located in Matrix Building Level 4, in the foyer area outside the lecture theatrettes. Please check for your assigned poster number in this booklet.

 

 

Poster Set-up

Wed 21^st March from 8:30am

All posters will remain displayed throughout the conference on all four days.

 

 

Poster Presentation

Scheduled Presentation is during specified poster session (see programme booklet for timing of poster session). Please be present at your poster during these sessions for presentation to the conference delegates and prize judging team.  

 

Feel free to invite any viewer to your poster at any time, but do be at your posters in the evening poster session.

 

 

Poster Prizes

A number of prizes will be awarded to the most outstanding poster presenters at the symposium. Judges will be walking around throughout the meeting and will visit the poster presenters during the dedicated poster session for assessment. Presence at the poster for discussion during the poster session is one of the assessment criteria. Prizes will be announced and handed over on Friday, 23^rd after the last session of the day (see programme).

 

 

Poster Take-down

By Sat, 24^th March, 1pm

Important Note: Any posters that have not been removed by 1pm, Saturday 24^st March cannot be stored or retained by the organizer and will therefore be discarded.
