List of Poster Presenters

Size of poster boards and posters
The size of the poster boards are 2m high & 1m wide. The recommended size of your poster is as shown below:

Location of Poster Boards
All poster boards are located in the poster session area outside the auditorium on Level 2. Please check for your assigned poster number in the list displayed in the poster area.
 
Poster Set-up
From Wed 26th November, from 8:30am.
All posters should be displayed throughout the conference on all days.
 
Poster Presentation
Scheduled presentation is during the specified poster sessions (see programme booklet for timing of poster sessions). Please be present at your poster during the poster sessions for presentation to the conference delegates and poster prize judging team.
 
Poster Prizes
A poster prizes will be awarded to the most outstanding poster at the conference. Judges will be walking around throughout the meeting and will visit the poster presenters during the dedicated poster session for personal discussion. Presence at the poster during the poster session is one of the assessment criteria and therefore mandatory to be considered for a prize. The prize will be announced and handed over on Friday, 26th November after the last session of the day (see programme).
 
Poster Take-down
By Fri, 26th November, 4pm.
Important Note: Any poster that has not been removed by the deadline cannot be stored or retained by the organizer. The organizer does not assume any responsiblity for lost posters.
